Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, password hash.
- Project data: URLs you audit, prompts you track, settings.
- Usage data: pages viewed, features used, error logs.
- Billing data: handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
How we use it
To provide and improve the Service, send transactional emails, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Third-party processors
We share data with: cloud hosting (database & storage), AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity) for query execution, and payment processors. Each is bound by equivalent data-protection terms.
International transfers
Data may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active and for up to 90 days after deletion to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time from your account settings, or by emailing privacy@aiseocopilot.app. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Security
We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and row-level-security for tenant isolation. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your data.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be notified via email or in-app at least 14 days in advance.
