Terms of Service — AI SEO Copilot

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI SEO Copilot ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

AI SEO Copilot provides tools to audit websites, track AI search visibility across engines such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overview, Perplexity and Claude, and produce actionable optimization plans. Features and limits depend on your plan.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You may not (a) reverse-engineer, scrape or abuse the Service; (b) use the Service to send spam or violate third-party rights; (c) circumvent plan limits; or (d) use the Service to build a competing product.

6. Customer data

You retain all rights to data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data.

7. Third-party AI providers

The Service relies on third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, etc.). Output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms or for prolonged inactivity. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days in advance.
